Delicious and Quick!

I had a great time at Food on the Fly! They don't lie with the name as the food was prepared quite quickly, yet still with the quality and precision I would expect from a sit down restaurant. You can tell they really put care into their vegan menu, with not only plenty of protein options for their sandwiches and bowls (that they make themselves!), but so many creative sauces and quality vegetables included as well. I had the vegan pastrami sandwich which was super tasty and filling, as well as their new spicy chilled cucumber soup which was very flavorful and refreshing on a hot day. Previously I've ordered the vegan pork bowl which was also fantastic, and I'm excited to try more of their menu in the future! Highly recommended if you're looking for a quality lunch on the go in the downtown area

Great skyway lunch spot with many vegan options!

This new spot in downtown has an impressive amount of vegan options on it's menu. They have mainly rice bowls and sandwiches, with varying vegan proteins (vegan chicken, pork, pastrami, and sausages!), all of which I learned are made in house. I got the vegan chicken bowl with gochujang. It was super delicious and filling, and came with a variety of fresh and pickled veg. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of their menu!

So many tasty options!

Most items on their menu come in a vegan version. You could eat here every day for several weeks without repeating. I got the vegan Korean smoked pork rice bowl, and it was delicious. The house-made mock pork is the best mock meat I have ever had. I look forward to trying more items on their menu (both rice bowls and sandwiches). Please support these folks who are making creative vegan options at an omni restaurant!

Pros: Delicious food, So many choices , Friendly staff

Cons: No option for washable plates and cutlery
