Vegans walk on by

Aside from bread which can be purchased anywhere, they had zero vegan options on the day I made the mistake of walking in.

They haven’t a clue

Saw this on Happy Cow so went in to try the sosage roll. It was labelled as vegetarian so we asked if it was vegan. He said it was and that they also had a curry roll too. I said we only asked because it was only labelled as vegetarian. He came around the counter to look and then said the sosage roll was vegetarian but the curry roll was vegan. We didn’t trust his word as he’d changed it in less than a minute. Clearly didn’t know the importance nor the difference between veggie and vegan nor whether his products were suitable. We left without buying anything.
