Perfect holiday for vegans! - Edit
Arriving at Podere Sol we quickly realised we had stumbled across something special in Tuscany and rearranged our plans to make the most of our time there. We really did not wish to leave the farm and scaled back our day trip itinerary. The Tuscan landscape and walking trails were stunning, though we still managed to visit Pienza, St Fillipo and Montepulciano with some great recommendations from Cecilia and Sabrina.
Read moreWhile on the farm we learned an appreciation of the effort in making (organic!) wine and olive oil, which we highly recommend to try. The wine and olive oil were delicious and wonderful to enjoy under the wisteria arch.
I recommend that you book Sabrina’s breakfasts. Varied and healthy, I looked forward to it every morning. Homemade vegan cheeses dips and bread were my favourite. It was also exciting to try dishes with ingredients from the farm or foraged from the nearby woodland. Grateful the family shared their slice of paradise with us, we will be back!

A heavenly place! - Edit
Set in beautiful countryside near Trequanda and close to towns like Montepulciano and Pienza, the location was ideal. Cecilia, Sabrina, and Joe made us feel instantly welcome and offered fantastic local tips, including a magical visit to San Filippo’s hidden thermal baths and a wine tasting with a local producer.
Read moreWhen not exploring, we relaxed on the peaceful farm, walking through olive groves and at night enjoying Tuscan wine under the stars. Breakfasts were incredible—fresh, local, and all vegan! We highly recommend Podere Sole and can’t wait to return!

La felicità! Un pur bonheur pour un weekend en amoureux en Toscane. Emplacement idéal pour explorer les villages perchés et la région de Sienne, accueil sensazionale, Sabrina Cecilia et Joe ont été aux petits oignons...véganes ! Et la vue... quel dépaysement ! Bref, on reviendra sans hésiter.

Beautiful all vegan B&B - Edit
We had a great stay at Podere Sole, highly recommend.
Read moreRooms are simple but clean and neat, and have everything you might need (inc wifi). Our room was (not yet!) air-conditioned but a fan was provided. Located on 200 acres of grape- and farmland it truly is a beautiful farm estate where you can walk around and enjoy the beautiful views. They have a hammock to view sunsets and a terrace with amazing view.
The (vegan) owners are very helpful, friendly, and communicate well. All staff speak perfect English making communication easy. Breakfast consists of delicious fresh homemade, all vegan goods (ranging from fresh pannacotta, bread to mutliple spreads and fruits) and is served on the terrace.
The podere is located next to Trequanda which also has a great all vegan restaurant!! The podere is located near (45 min drive) Siena and Arrezo two big towns with enough to do and see.
All in all, highly recommend staying at Podere Sole.
Note: They are quite a new place and planning on expanding their farm with a pool and air-conditioning so check their website for the current facilities.
