Great food, long wait

The address is currently wrong: this is in the courtyard of Stoup on Broadway.

Vegan/izable options include the chickpea curd, garlicky cucumbers, strange flavor cauliflower, cold sesame noodles, ma la noodle soup, cold noodles, and the rice bowl. Since they actually making vegan menu ordering easier here than at the mother restaurant, Plenty of Clouds, I'm giving them a higher rating. The food is near-restaurant quality with a typically very long wait--an hour is typical, and the provided estimates typically have no relationship to reality. I have found that the noodles can be hurting for a little acid; I will probably ask for a lime wedge or a bit of vinegar next time. Order online: don't mess around with standing in line at peak times.
