Notre coup de cœur à Catane - Edit
Presque tout est dit dans les points positifs. Ce petit restaurant discret est ouvert presque tout le temps (insomma quasi sempre !) et dispense pour des sommes modiques, une nourriture végétarienne de qualité et très goûteuse. Notre podium du menu : les tacos, burger et falafels. On parle de street food végétarienne qui, pour les amateurs de viande, fera oublier les préjugés encore tenaces sur ce qu’il est possible de faire en cuisine sans produits d’origine animale. Végétariens ou non, allez-y, vous y retournerez.

A small and nice place, with a bunch of tables outside and a small one inside, with a not too wide but interesting menu, mainly vegan but with vegetarian options.

Plante Lab è un piccolo angolo di paradiso per vegetariani e vegani! Accogliente, situato al centro di Catania. Lo staff è simpaticissimo, gentile e super disponibile, utilizzano un packaging biodegradabile, i prodotti sono freschi e di ottima qualità (collaborano con piccole e medie aziende locali). I miei panini preferiti sono il tofux e il ppp, le salse vegane sono spettacolari! Da quando l’ho scoperto vado almeno due volte a settimana.

Il mio ristorante preferito di Catania - Edit
Plante Lab è un accogliente ristorante che offre buonissime opzioni vegane e vegetariane. Il mio panino preferito è il Tofux e amo tantissimo anche le patate fritte! Inoltre in questo ristorante si utilizza solo packaging biodegradabile, in cartone e si fa anche la differenziata. Lo staff e i proprietari sono molto simpatici e ogni volta è un piacere vederli. Se volete mangiare cibo di ottima qualità e al contempo volete rispettare l’ambiente, vi consiglio di andarci!!
