One of the World's Best Restaurants - Edit
I love everything about this new restaurant, beautifully set next to the Blanco Museum. When I entered the restaurant, I was certain that the prices were going to be expensive, as the restaurant is so elegantly designed with a lovely view.
Read moreI was initially doubting that a restaurant that serves so many types of cuisines could master each of the cuisines. They have absolutely pulled off a multi ethnic cuisine vegan restaurant. They serve some of the finest vegan sushi globally, their drinks are outstanding, and their desserts are decadent! I highly recommend their ice creams and their tiramisu is out of this world.
They are perfecting an aged vegan cheese board which I sampled. Wow! Creamy, rich, and full of aged cheese complex flavors. It is definitely ready to be added to the menu.
I have been to nearly 70 countries as a vegan, and I must add this to my world favorite list. If you miss going here, you are missing a world class dining experiemce.

We went here twice during our stay in Ubud - once for breakfast and once for dinner. It was very delicious and staff was very kind and friendly. Also the setting of the restaurant is beautiful! Meals are very creative and they are focused on self-producing. They make their own aperol f.e. which tastes different than the original but very worth a try! 😊 We‘d recommend coming here

This restaurant is spacious and relaxed with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The menu is varied with a great selection. My Cavatelli Friarelli was excellent! It was a special treat to enjoy the Classic Tiramisu. We hope to visit again and highly recommend this vegan restaurant.

We ate many meals here while in Ubud. The food is exceptional! The Balifornia sushi roll, steak (vegan, made with mushrooms), cheese plate, and spinach omelette were exceptional. Nutella crepe and bakery items were also incredible. I will be dreaming about the food for years to come. Best food we've ever eaten, and we've eaten at a lot of great vegan restaurants.

I genuinely don’t know how they manage to pull off what is, quite simply, some of the best vegan food—or any food—we have ever eaten. And we’ve eaten a lot of great food over many years.
Somehow, one restaurant manages to serve extraordinarily delicious and beautiful sushi; make all of its own vegan cheeses, which were so outstanding that we ordered them at every meal; and create genuinely wonderful Italian dishes—the chef herself is Italian. And then there are the desserts. We couldn’t quite try every single one, but we came damn close. Absolute heaven.
The restaurant itself is stunning—like something straight out of a magazine. Its open-air design is perched high among the treetops, completely enveloped by lush greenery. It’s an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place to spend a meal.
And the staff—just wow. Some of the warmest, kindest, most gracious people we’ve encountered anywhere in Bali, which is saying a lot because the Balinese people are wonderful. The manager, Ade, welcomed us so warmly every night and took amazing care of us. Our waiter, Marchiano, always greeted us with the biggest smile and could not have been more attentive or kind. After four nights, we felt genuinely sad saying goodbye. We’re going to miss them so much.
If you’re in Ubud, whether you’re vegan or not, do yourself a favor and eat here. It is absolutely not to be missed

Arrived early at Plant Bistro for breakfast and were so grateful to be able to eat in this stunning oasis away from Ubud’s hectic main streets. Loved the delicious and beautifully served food, the amazing huge space amongst the trees with elegantly set tables & chandeliers, and the caring service. Would love to have been able to go for dinner but unfortunately we were not staying in Ubud and had the long busy 2 hr drive back to Seminyak. Also bought vegan cakes from patisserie downstairs to take home. If you want the croissants or tarts with creamy fillings you need to wait 15 mins. so order on the way in.

Read moreCame for breakfast and it did not dispoint. Had to ask for the dinner menu as we had to come back. It is a bit more expensive than other placed, maybe 10-20k higher, but so Worth it for the good food and amazing location!
Unfortunately, by the time I had though to take a picture we had already ate.
Had the smashed avocado toast, chai latte and a jucie. My husband had the omelette, black coffee and and thei amazing home made kombucha.

First time here and it was so hard to choose of their interesting extensive menu!!! We agree the Gnocchi and an Indonesian dish and also the calamari was exquisite! Got a takeaway tiramisu in a jar which was divine!! Also they have a gelato section and an incredible bakery selection. Beautiful setting and space - awesome service

The food here is simply stunning. We ordered food from Plant Bistro off of Grab, and we were surprised how everything was presented and not jumbled up from the ride. The flavors were absolutely incredible. The amount of protein options was a huge plus. I enjoyed the vegan steak, but really, everything was just so incredible. The only thing I wish I could redo is going to the restaurant instead of ordering takeout! ☺️

Read moreWhen we visited for lunch, it was surprisingly quiet, but of course we had to come back a second time for dinner, and then it was almost completely full. Such a beautiful place, and you definitely have to try the mocktails!
I had a bowl with ginger, avocado, and vegan salmon, while my partner chose a delicious burger served on a black bun. When we returned, I went for the purple pasta with a creamy pea sauce. I still miss this place!

Everything 100% vegan and delicious! The staff is amazing, very sweet and has good English. The place is very big, with green everywhere, very nice atmosphere, great to get work done (they also have multiple sockets everywhere), good for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Truly every single dish is amazing!!! Can’t recommend enough. Their desserts/pastry is also very good quality!
