The fact that this place has vegan cheese is promising but it ends there. The pizza crust is too soft and borderline undercooked. I’ve had other pizza in Napoli and although the dough was soft is was not this soft. The sauce doesn’t have flavor and is mediocre at best.
In the center of Vomero district, this chain restaurant offers a tasty vegan mozzarella, mainly used with Vegan Margherita pizza (clearly labelled on menu), but usable on others ones too (only on demand!). Dough is soft, service is gentle, but sometimes slow.
I often order “Marinara secondo Pizzium” pizza - without alici - and actually it is still my favourite.
