Amazing experience! - Edit
We went there for dinner tonight and got suprised by a very good selection of vegan dishes and super sweet staff. As soon as we entered the restaurant we immediately felt the special atmosphere and will be coming back for sure.

Probamos una pizza y el risotto, ambas cosas veganas, y estaban muy buenas. Todo tiene buena pinta y el sitio es muy mono. No obstante, no es 100% veggie, ya que tiene pizzas con carne en la carta. No tiene sentido vender "huevos de gallinas felices" y pizza con pollo, por poner un ejemplo, en el mismo sitio. Debería estar en la categoría "con opciones vegetarianas". Edito: ahora sí está en la categoría correcta (antes estaba como vegetariano).

...seriously. This food is heavenly. It looks like a work of art, and the taste is a celebration of plant based food. And all this in a beautiful atmosphere, nicely decorated. I couldn‘t believe how little they charge for this. I‘ve paid a lot more for food that was average at the most.

Great restaurant - but not vegetarian - Edit
Great food, especially the vegan homemade cheese platter was delicious. The service was really attentive and I enjoyed our visits (we came twice) a lot.

after a long day we were looking forward to have dinner at Pisco. After all the good reviews and having this on our way home to sagres it should have been the perfect match. Our fault we did not have reservation (indeed). But coming in, nobody seems to care. The only answer we got when we asked if we could sit at the bar is that we are not able to eat there. Fine. But the conversation did not go any further. Would have been nice to have an alternative offered or to discuss if we can wait or comeback. But it seemed like they didn‘t need us as customers. Sad... maybe another time

One of the best vegan meal I had in my entire « vegan » life. The house made cheese (starter) is to die for and the pizza is unforgettable. I have lived a huge part of my life in Southern Europe and I know for sure what a good pizza is. THIS is the best pizza I had so far.

The food tastes great and there are a lot of vegan options, even desserts. The vegan dishes are clearly marked. It’s the best cheese-less pizza I’ve ever had, it was so flavorful. We would definitely go again if we were here for another night.

One of the best restaurants I have been to in Algarve. The food is delicious (especially pizza), prices are reasonable, the staff is very helpful. I also loved the cozy interior (I could seat there for hours) and eco-friendly solutions (small towels in bathrooms and on tables instead of table napkins, metal straws, free tap water with lemon). Everything was perfect!

We stopped for a cake & coffee but ended up have an AMAZING TASTY PIZZA! I was so happy to find many vegan options in the menu. The Bela Lisa pudim was delicious too! It really worth stop by!

Very good place to eat and stay. Super nice pizza dough, with some vegan options. Tasty Vegan cheese board and passionated chef. Almost all of her recipes are vegan and you feel really how she trys to adapt traditional recipes to vegan. Let's take the caju and Pepe pasta. As a omnivore or vegetarian you think:" okay it's a creamy cheesy sauce" but as a vegan who loved cheese but don't want animals to suffer you think: " yeah, finally a Amazing cheesy sauce without feeling bad for eating it" so thanks for being here and making Vila do bispo a little bit more vegan. Really nice retro atmosphere, very cozy. We were three and all chose different vegetarian and vegan dishes. They were all excellent from the starter to the dessert. The homemade thyme kampucha is also really good.
