Amazing! - Edit
Absolutely loved it here. We had the spinach pancake with hummus and olivess, followed by a pancake with cherries and we also tried the waffles. I didn't even get to try Dutch waffles in Holland so it was a real treat. I also bought some vegan truffles to take home. The location is spacious and unusual and the staff were great. The prices were pretty low for the area too.

Great Place with Unspectacular Food - Edit
Pirmas Blynas is located in the amazing setting of an old church and has a really nice social concept, employing mainly people with disabilities.
Read moreThe service was really good and the atmosphere in the basement of the church was pretty cool as well.
However, the food we had was pretty unspectacular. I had one salty and one sweet vegan pancake, and both didn’t manage to convince me. Even though they looked pretty nice, the taste was really basic, rather plain. My sweet pancake even tasted rather salty.
Overall it was a decent experience, but I think I wouldn’t necessarily go there again.
Pros: Amazing Atmosphere, Great Social Concept
Cons: Unspectacular Food

Would give 5 stars - Edit
This is just the coolest and most unexpected place to find a pancake restaurant! Incredible location in this beautiful old church - it’s quite decayed, also the insides haven’t been renovated for a long time, but that makes it even more special in my opinion :D
Read moreAnd the fact that the staff members are disabled folks made this just more lovely. They were super kind and helpful.
Many vegan options there - and their pancakes were huge and really good! Also their Durch waffles which can be bought as a gift pack to take away.
The prices are really fair as well!

This place is good magic! - Edit
My husband and I shared our anniversary dinner there, feasting on the most glorious vegan and vegetarian pancakes imaginable. Such impressive flavor combinations. Hummus on a pancake!? Genius!
Read moreThe decor is very unique and intriguing, unlike any previous dining experience I've ever had.
Every single staff member I interacted with was lovely, kind, helpful, precise and contributed to our enriched experience. So much so, my husband and I returned with our friend later the next week!
I wish I could teleport to Pirmas Blynas nearly every day.
This place is good magic.
Very tasty. And as a vegan, I so appreciate the assortment of options. The night of our anniversary, my husband and I shared a box of decadent, handmade vegan chocolate truffles!
Thank you for being a part of our special day, Pirmas Blynas.
The next time we are in Vilnius, we will return!
Pros: The hummus pancake, Vegan truffles, A great cause, mission and purpose!
Cons: Not everything is vegan., Somewhat pricey., I cannot eat here every day!

Be inclusive - Edit
5 stars. Great concept, restaurant which employs staff with disabilities. Not awkward at all. Nice atmosphere, authentic interior. Easy to order. We were super surprised about pancake size!! Larger than pizza. Has at least 2 vegan options, offers soy milk. If you love hummus - come here. Pancake had more hummus than in regular size hummus sold in stores.
