Delicious dough and pinsa (especially when comparing it to the pinsas of a famous chain restaurant). The interior fits their concept. I had the pinsa Flamma, which is the only labelled vegan option. Unfortunately, you get a pizza cutter instead of a knife, which makes eating more difficult than it has to be. Although I like rocket salad a lot, I felt like the pinsa was overloaded with it and would've preferred to have some of the rocket salad exchanged by pine nuts.

Nur eine vegane Pinsa auf der Karte, aber das Personal bietet direkt an, da zu variieren; insgesamt sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Pinsa war üppig belegt und richtig lecker, preislich mit knapp 12€ absolut angemessen.

Flexibel, freundlich und lecker! - Edit
Auf der Karte gibt es zwar nur eine vegan gekennzeichnete Pinsa, aber das Personal ist super freundlich und flexibel. Da der Teig immer vegan ist, kann man sich seine Pinsa einfach selbst zusammenstellen, es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Ich kannte Pinsa vorher noch nicht und war wirklich positiv überrascht, es war super lecker!

I did not know what a pinsa was but now I love it. Unfortunately only one labeled vegan option on the menu but after asking about the pinsa with olive oil and herbs, she confirmed that it was vegan too. The dough does not contain animal products.
