Only one ice cream option - Edit

Lots of ice cream flavours but only one vegan (some sorbets). We went up the lane to the next place for more options.

Chocolate sorbet is better at Piccolina - Edit

As per title! The chocolate sorbet is pretty delish but it is Pidapipo's only vegan flavour, and I think Piccolina Gelateria down the street does a better vegan chocolate flavour ;)

Overhyped - Edit

I got the vegan chocolate gelato, and while I was actively eating it, it was wonderful and I was pleasantly surprised by the texture of it. Afterwards, though, it felt a bit like I’d just eaten a tube of chapstick- I don’t know how else to describe it, but my mouth felt as though it’d been coated in goo. If I had to guess, they used coconut oil in the gelato and because of the temperature, it solidified and was just generally really unpleasant. I don’t know if the sorbets are vegan, as they’re not labeled, but if they are I would stick to those.

Pros: Reasonable price, Good if you’re with a group

Cons: Weird after-texture , Minimal options
