I piatti scelti erano buoni, dal gusto delicato.
Pochi piatti nel menù erano "naturalmente" vegani: panzanella (eliminando la spuma di burrata) erbette e fagioli di Lucca.
Ho mangiato anche gli gnocchi viola su letto di topinambur perché il cuoco ha tolto formaggio e pancetta dalla ricetta originale.
Per quanto riguarda il dolce, ci sono 3 sorbetti vegani, io ho scelto le pesche cotte evitando la crema.
Al momento della prenotazione (telefonica) ho specificato di essere vegana, in risposta mi è stato riferito che non era un problema. Arrivati al ristorante, il cuoco mi ha detto che non era semplice trovare piatti vegani.

We were quite suprised to find a restaurant with some vegan options on the menu in such a sleepy town. The ambience was very lovely and the waitress was very caring. We were suprised with the food and it‘s ingredients. I would recommend going there if you are in the area.
