We ordered the pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, fried tofu, and papaya salad. I cannot overstate how the food pictured and described on Door Dash was NOTHING like what we got. I’m not talking presentation. I am talking literal ingredients. On top of that, the food we did get was total trash. Extremely low quality.
For example, on Door Dash the pad see ew is pictured and described as having Chinese broccoli and a sweet soy sauce as the sauce. The picture also shows big cubes of deep fried tofu. What we got was a mound of literally unseasoned rice noodles (not just “bland” but UNSEASONED) mixed with a load of watery, overcooked mixed veggies and a couple small chunks of anemic tofu. Zero Chinese broccoli among that mix of mushy veg either.
The fried rice was as bad. The picture/description is a yellow curry fried rice with raisins, cashews, and large triangles of pineapple. What we got was plain white rice that was cooked to a mush mixed with that same blend of watery, overcooked mixed vegetables and some small chunks of canned pineapple. No spices, no cashews, no raisins. The rice was at least salted, so it wasn’t straight up unseasoned, but again, the rice is supposed to be a curry rice. Seasonings! Spices! This was mushy garbage.
The fried tofu was also a dupe. The picture is chunks of golden fried tofu with a sweet chili sauce. What we got was lightly battered chunks of tofu and a sweet soy sauce for dipping. While battered and fried tofu might sound nice, this batter was some sort of starch base (like wet tofu was rolled in unseasoned tapioca starch) and completely flavorless/gummy.
Only the papaya salad wasn’t a complete fake out, although it was extremely salty and spicy. Thankfully, I have a high spice tolerance but if I did not, I would have been pissed. (I am talking 5 star spicy here.) The description, of course, does not give any sort of warning, which is why this is a problem.
TL;DR: this is either a scam or this ghost kitchen has officially tanked. I took pics for the Door Dash review I did and am now realizing those aren’t in my camera roll 😩 Go on Door Dash and you will see how bad this was!!
Really liked this ghost kitchen at first, then they kept cancelling orders and when the deliveries did come, the food quality was worse. Got so bad I won't try them again
We had dinner for 6 delivered and everyone finished off it all, which was saying something for the group. Spicy food was spicy, mild food was mild, all perfect.

This place is not vegan! - Edit
Not vegan! They are advertising as a vegan place while just putting out the same menu they have at sushi karma.
