Best Vegan Pho Ever

We have eaten vegan pho all over the world. This place is amazing, mainly because of the ton of fresh veggies in the soup, and high-quality tofu. Fresh spring rolls (Tofu) are awesome too. There is an entire vegetarian menu, but the dozens of times we've eaten here we have only gotten the pho because it is so good. Either plain or curry. If you have time, stop by the Asian grocery store 2 doors down. Amazing condiment and tofu sections (Tofu way in the back; most employees do not speak English, so just look around until you find it!). And fresh, really inexpensive veggies (not organic, if you care about that). Love this place.
