A go-to spot for vegan snacks and drinks - Edit
This was one of the first vegan-friendly pubs I discovered in Bologna, and it's still one of my favorites. It's right in front of Mercato delle Erbe, has a very nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu and include fries, falafels, focaccias, and a vegan burger. Their cocktails are also delicious - especially the mezcal ones, which I highly recommend. Just keep in mind that while the pub opens around 5 pm, the kitchen starts serving an hour later.
