Was in Bristol for one night and definitely chose the right place! Went for lunch on a busy Saturday, service was quick & food was incredible. Portions were huge, shared garlic butter fries & had a burger each, was far more than what we could manage. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

It was quite pricy but that may not be abnormal for Bristol 🤷♂️
I was disappointed about the use of a single use cup and plastic straw for the shake despite the fact that it wasn’t takeaway - seems quite unnecessary.

Amazing Dirty Fries - Edit
Huge fan of vegan dirty fries, and Oowee are my fave in the area. Shrimp fries are FANTASTIC. Cluckin' Fries also great. Have had several burgers before and was never blown away (maybe my hopes were set too high!!), but LOVE the fries and the venue. Service sometimes slow but great to see it still so popular!!

The garlic fries are incredible, the sriracha shrimp are amazing (although I prefer to swap for buffalo sauce) and everything is always well made, fresh and timely. Does exactly what you want a vegan burger place to do. My only negative point is that they took away the coleslaw as a side!

We always order from Oowee when we want a treat and we are never disappointed. We usually get either the cluckin fries or the side chick burger which are our favourites. The only downside is it’s a little expensive for what it is (we recreated the dirty fries for a quarter of the price and there wasn’t a huge difference!) but it’s so worth it

Great burgers - one of the beet vegan burgers I’ve ever had. Really friendly staff and reasonable prices. It’s a shame there isn’t more seating. It’s really busy which is understandable as it’s such a great place but having somewhere to sit and eat would have made it a 5star for me.

Read moreThere's been seating available both times I went, and the service was really fast - I got my food within a couple of minutes of ordering. I found the prices pretty reasonable, and they do a good lunch deal. You get a good amount of food for your money - a burger on its own wasn't quite enough to fill me up, but it was a great excuse to get a dessert, or a burger plus fries was plenty. Staff have always been super friendly and look like they really enjoy their workplace!
The 'Mr Whippy' was more of a frozen yoghurt, so I recommend getting a milkshake instead - very decadent! The Lotus Biscoff milkshake (when available) is amazing.

Go for the lunch deal! - Edit
Between 11:30am and 4pm on Monday-Friday there is a lunch deal of 1 burger/salad with fries and drink for 8.50£ - can't move after eating it. Normal prices are about 7£ for a burger, 2£ for fries and drink each.

Super delicious burger that really satisfied my burger craving! Had The Big VG with garlic butter fries and onion rings! Burger was great with the garlic mayo and onions and the onion rings were super crispy and garlicky! Fries were nice - not that hot and yes I ordered butter fries but they were really greasy and it made them quite soggy. However had a really good experience and would definitely go back again if i wanted a feast! Priced just like other vegan burgers so didn’t really mind can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu
