I had the Biscoff pancakes and they were so good as well!!!😄
What was not so nice was that they also offer bacon, and they fry it or something and my clothes smelt after the visit like bacon, which is very unfortunate.

Read moreThis has been one of my favorite spots for a long time now! The menu is packed with plenty of vegan options, from pancakes to bagels to the acaibowl. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even cozier. The decor is charming, creating the perfect vibe whether you're there for breakfast or lunch.
I have to mention the chai latte—it’s absolutely delicious and not the weak version you often find elsewhere. It’s full of flavor and always spot on. I’m also impressed with their vegan cheese; it doesn’t have that coconut or artificial taste that’s common with other alternatives. It’s really tasty and a great addition to the dishes.
If you're looking for a comfortable spot with great vegan options and friendly service, this place is a must-visit!

Heel behulpzaam. Ik eet behalve vrijwel vegan ook glutenvrij/arm. Ik kreeg precies te horen wat ik kon nemen en wat ze voor me konden veranderen. Toen ik moeite met kiezen had, werd ik ook geholpen. Topzaak.

Best bagel place around - Edit
Olivia’s is a real gem. Tad bit expensive, but the interior of the place is really pretty and vibes are immaculate. I also like how creative the vegan options are and how beautifully everything is presented. Next time I visit I might try the pancakes, because they also look delicious.

Great vegan options. We had pancakes for breakfast. I had Queen of the Jungle. So good! I chose a vegan Latte Speculoos as my drink. Delicious.
Read moreWe took some bagels to go for lunch on our way home. I had the Vegan B.L.T. and my non-vegan boyfriend the Faux Chicken. Both are so good. My boyfriend wants to try the whole menu. Too bad we don't live nearby.
We will definitely visit again next time we are in Maastricht.

Very nice lunch spot. There’s plenty of seats inside and also a small garden. There’s multiple vegan options on the menu. We had the BLT bagel and the tempeh was delicious. There’s also vegan milkshakes (with vegan whipped cream!). Not the best vegan shake I’ve ever had but definitely still good. Nice to have many options, all clearly labeled.

We waren een beetje sceptisch ivm eerdere slechte ervaringen met restaurants die niet 100% vegan zijn, maar sap is het soort restaurant die dat soort vooroordelen volledig de kop indrukt.

De porties zijn groot en de milkshakes niet super vet, waardoor je er niet zo enorm vol van komt te zitten. Het personeel is ook super aardig, wat toch een leuke bijkomstigheid is.

I loved having breakfast here. SAP has a lot of vegan options for a sweet or more savoury breakfast. I loved the vegan chicken pesto bagel. If I would ever come back to Maastricht I would most definitely come back tot this for breakfast/lunch. (The dish in the picture isn’t vegan, but vegetarian)

Jammer dat je het wat aan de dure kant vond. Wij zijn een van de goedkoopste van Maastricht en met de huidige inkoopprijzen/gas/water/licht rekeningen hebben we helaas geen andere keus dan de huidige prijzen.
Hopelijk kom je nog eens terug om de rest van de kaart te proeven. De halve kaart is nml veganistische dus er zijn genoeg opties!
