Sad news…

No more vegan bagel sandwiches. They do have a vegan cream cheese and a avo and tomato bagel sandwich but no more just egg or vegan sausage and cheese.

Only vegan spread/avocado now

I ate the vegan sausage and egg bagel earlier this year but now the menu has changed and they only do a vegan cream cheese.

Don't go expecting sausage and just egg (go to plantiful for that)

Very good vegan bagel sandwich

Good vegan bagel sandwich with avocado, vegan egg, vegan sausage, and vegan mayo. A bit messy to eat because everything squishes out when biting into it. Major drawback is that the shop is in the Hyatt lobby and is priced accordingly. $17 for a bagel sandwich is a bit steep.

Pros: Good flavors in a vegan bagel sandwich

Cons: Too pricy

Expensive vegan bagels

They had not one, but two vegan bagel sandwiches which is awesome, but holy crap the choice costs $17. I know it's Seattle and things are expensive here, but I don't want to spend $55 on two bagel sandwiches and a coffee.

Pros: Vegan bagel sandos with all the good stuff, Multiple types of vegan bagel sandos, Lots of alternative milk options

Cons: Extremely expensive for vegans, Bagel itself was meh
