Great taste, but come early - Edit
Only ten seats, and even when I arrived before 11.30 (when they open) on a Sunday, there were already eight people waiting outside. I left about 12.15, and the people who just arrived after me were still waiting patiently.

Please note that the noodles contain egg, so only the Okonomiyaki can be ordered vegan. Since I have a big appetite, I had the extra large portion ( 300 Yen) and felt full afterwards.

Sitio peculiar donde los haya. Es muy pequeño y tienes que ir pronto si quieres evitar una larga cola. Tienen una pequeña barra con una plancha delante y un par de mesas también con planchas donde te cocinan todo al momento. La okonomiyaki vegana es sencillamente increíble,la mejor que he probado hasta la fecha. Viene cargada de toppings y además lleva también proteína vegetal, lo cual es un plus!!!!el dueño es encantador,nos dio incluso recomendaciones de otros restaurantes con opciones veganas.

This place left me spechless! It was no doubt the most authentic food experience that I had in Japan. The vegan okonomiyaki was rich, with soy meat but what I liked most was the fact that you eat it directly from the stove and you can see the whole cooking process in front of your meal. The place is small and obviously has a long waiting line but this one is worth the wait. I would give 5 stars if I could

We followed the maps on happy cow couldn’t find it then followed the address on google maps which led us to a building that was demolished/burnt down! I hope we were just in the wrong place but couldn’t find it

Great choice for vegan Okonomiyaki - Edit
We wanted to go for lunch, but the restaurant was closed. A sign said they would only opened for dinner that day. Luckily we were flexible enough to come back in the afternoon. We arrived before they opened, but even so people quickly lined up and we had to wait for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until we could be seated. The vegan Okonomiyaki, my all-time favourite dish, came with soymeat and pineapple- and it was sooo tasty and flavourful! Totally worth the wait! We will definitely go again during our stay in Osaka.

Best to come at least 15min before opening, you'll have to wait for just under an hour. The okonomiyaki come with soya meat!

Please note, the noodles / Modanyaki are NOT vegan. I tried to order it, luckily the chef told me the noodles contain egg. Only the Okonomiyaki is vegan.

First time trying Okonomiyaki and it was really delicious (there’s one vegan Okonomiyaki on the menu). Very authentic and cute Restaurant.. make sure to bring some time with you because there will always be people waiting outside.. but it’s worth the wait! Also very friendly staff.

We went here twice in three days and the vegan okonomiyaki is so so delicious! It’s also cheaper than the meat options which is so rare these days. You can go here with vegans and non vegans and everyone can get a great meal. I would give 5 stars if I could😄Get down early because there may be a line!

This place is a MUST while in Osaka. I arrived early before they opened and still had to wait in line😆 and it was worth every second! This was my first time trying Okonomiyaki and I’m I was not let down at all! They didn’t have the tofu the day I went but the rice cake was just as delicious I’m sure. The staff is all friendly and do gods work in front of you. You will not be disappointed! Arigato Gozaimasu!!

As we arrived there where already some people waiting outside. There is not much space for many people inside. The waiting was worth it, very good okonomiyaki that you can order either vegetarian or vegan. They where taking our order when we were waiting outside, so as soon as we got free seats inside, our food was ready.

Go here for an authentic Japanese experience as a vegan. I was there just before opening so I didn’t have to wait but I’d say a small queue is worth it. The staff were so kind and I had the funniest conversation with the chef. The okonomiyaki was delicious, it contained soy meat and was topped with the okonomiyaki sauce and vegan mayonnaise. Would definitely go back!

Authentic experience of Okonomiyaki - Edit
I strongly recommend this place for those who want to try the traditional okonomiyaki in Osaka. It is in a small place, like many of Japanese restaurants and bars. The vegetarian okonomiyaki includes mochi, pineapple and some vegetables. I liked it a lot.

It was nearly an hour wait! But it was worth it! I find that a lot of the time as vegan you can get local vegan food but you miss out on the more authentic experience, but not with this place! So many locals, which is always a good sign!
