Vegan risotto in Milan - Edit
Lovely location on the canal, accommodating staff that can speak some English. Menu says that some dishes can be made vegan on request, and staff was knowledgeable about which dishes. Had 3 options for vegan risotto and choose the truffle. Delicious, creamy, and filling.

You need to ask the staff what can me made vegan, they seemed knowledgeable about it. I was offered a truffle or aubergine risotto. I went with the risotto, it was hearty with a smokey flavour

Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Two dishes can be veganised, Reason cost for such a nice restaurant (c €15)

Rude staff and expensive - Edit
The risotto was really tasty but the staff was terrible and it was very expensive. Water was overpriced too.
