Pizze vegane sì, ma non buone - Edit
Troppo formaggio vegano, insipido e che copre tutto il resto. Tantissimo olio. Sconsiglio la pizza con fiori di zucca e guanciale perché non aveva proprio nessun sapore. La diavola vegana leggermente meglio, almeno il salame vegano si sentiva un po'. L'impasto è buono ma molto pesante, non riesci a finire una pizza. Sono felice che abbiano opzioni vegane, ma c'è poco interesse verso il sapore reale delle pizze vegane. Vogliono solo ricreare le solite pizze in chiave vegana, ma a scapito del sapore. A volte basta pensare a un condimento diverso e buono, anche senza quella mozzarella poco buona.

Delicious dough and cheese - Edit
Big pizzas with delicious dough and really good vegan mozarella. I was excited to try the Pistacchio e Mortadella, but ended up liking the Fiori di Zucca e Guanciale even more.

Read moreOn the terrace, I tried the Fiori di zucca e Guanciale Vegana containing vegan mozzarella, pumpkin flowers, crispy vegan guanciale (a gluten-free, lentil-based vegan alternative), olive oil and basil.
It was delicious, with fine dough and good crusts.
For dessert, I had pizza balls with sugar (no vegan desserts on the menu, they improvised!).
I had a nice lemonade.
I was greeted with a warm welcome from the customers, a small pizza ball to wait for the dish, a free shot and lollipops.

DONT GO THIS PLACE SERVED US MEAT AND CHEESE - Edit
After going to this place because of the various vegan options, we were delighted to try. We both ordered vegan pizzas. When the pizzas came, the "meat" looked too real and we confirmed it with the server. The server confirmed they were both vegan pizzas before going back to the kitchen. A few moments later, the server came back, took our pizzas and gave a half-hearted "this is the first time it’s happened". No real apology. After we got the bill, they charged us for everything (even the "free Prosecco" at the beginning of the meal) and I told them that this was unacceptable as my partner has not eaten meat for 12 years and myself for 5. There was no remorse or compassion from the restaurant, they just wanted to make sure that I paid the full price and stated that "you were not charged for the meat pizza". Ridiculous place and will not be going back. STAY AWAY

Six delicious vegan options - Edit
I ordered the "fiori di zucca and pancetta" and it was really tasty and good! I am happy that Assaje is slowly expanding its vegan menu. The staff was great as well.
