We tried eating there 3 times but each time they said they did not have food anymore. We went there 1h30 after they opened and they could not serve us? Just don't waste your time to go there, you probably won't get food either... 😕

Nous sommes allées dans ce restaurant 3 fois mais nous n'avons jamais pu y manger, toujours un refus, soit ils n'avaient plus de nourriture (2x) soit pas de place...nous y allons à chaque fois max une heure après l'ouverture! pas Aimable en plus, n'essayez même pas, vous repartirez le ventre vide

I really appreciate the seasonal and carefully selected ingredients, and I know of friends who would really like the taste of the food here. For me, it missed the mark. It was more filling than I thought it would be, but I didn’t find anything on the plate particularly tasty or exciting.

It is very healthy and well thought out, but maybe too bland and just very strong fermented and sour flavors?

The restaurant has Korean dishes for lunch and Western-style for dinner. Visiting at lunchtime, we both went for the set menu, rice with vegetables, which was an arrangement of portions similar to temple food. The main dish - tofu on rice with the sauce - was amazing. And we have never eaten shiitake mushrooms as delicious as these. The kimchi is quite sour here and pancakes as well as pickles were not to our likening, but the rest was tasty.

Read moreHad the pasta dishes and they know how to use garlic and it be good wholesome food at times. The portion sizes kinda small though so felt a bit expensive but good vibes and good staff.

They intially told me that they sold out for the day, but then approached me when I was standing outside looking for another restaurant on my phone. Out of concern that I would not find anything suitable for a vegan, they allowed me to order one of the two lunch sets, and they replaced one of the missing ingredients.
Read moreThe food was very tasty, and diverse. Around 6 small portions of Korean pickles and appetizer vegetables, dense mushroom-sprout soup, and a bowl of tofu on top of seasoned rice with fresh leaves (mugwort? I couldn't understand if they ran out of it or just used less).
I was approached while eating to be instructed that I should eat the rice together with the dried seaweed pages. Not the first time that Korean shop owners ask me to mix the rice in, but I appreciate the instruction which may come handy if you're unfamiliar to the style or afraid to look silly. Overall a good dining experience :)

Sitio acogedor, personal amable. La comida mejor que la cena. Fui en los dos turnos y en la cena si pides bolas de arroz fritas te ponen el mismo arroz de la comida hecho bolas, ñoquis cuya salsa sabe más dulce que salada y es comida y pasta estilo asiático que pica como el demonio.

Whole-Food Plant-Based Traditional Bapsang Lunch & Fusion Dinner - Edit
Fully vegan eatery with several allium-free options available. They serve traditional Korean bapsang-style cuisine for lunch, and Western-Korean fusion dishes such as pasta for dinner, all of which are whole-food plant-based without processed mock meats or substitutes. They also prioritise using organic, pesticide-free, and domestically-grown ingredients. The items I ordered were all fresh, flavourful, and filling! Staff members were also lovely, giving us hot yuja citron tea on the house when they saw that my companion was cold and tired, and sending me a kind message on social media after I visited. Would highly recommend visiting (but please take note of their selected opening days and hours)! Near Jung-Ang Metro Station, also within walking distance from the 40-Step Culture & Tourism Theme Street, Trick Eye Museum, Busan Tower at Yongdusan Park, etc.

Fine meal, there are 2 lunch options and for dinner 5 options. There’s also some smaller plates as well. I did the lunch, we ordered 2 lunch options one was with brown rice and seaweed and the other was with eggplant. It was really delicious.

The nicest people - Edit
They weren't open when I came by on a rainy Saturday but they let us in anyway and served the set lunch meal. The meal is a basic Korean lunchbox made vegan and full of pungent, sour, savory, fermented goodness. The mushrooms are a treat.
