Vegan ice-cream is definitely getting bigger but I must admit it is hard to perfect. Nosteagia aced it ... I had salted caramel and a rich chocolate scoop topped with lotus cookie, party rings and chocolate sauce. The salted caramel was my favourite fulfilling the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Next time I'll definitely try one of their very impressive looking bubble waffles.

What an amazing treat! I was so excited to find vegan bubble waffles. There are a lot of vegan options on the menu, but I only had eyes for the weekly vegan special. There was coconut ice cream, chocolate sauce, Oreos, and various other delicious things. One of these is basically a whole meal, so make sure you arrive with an empty stomach (and ready to make a mess -it's tricky to manage!).

First of all, the entire menu is vegetarian, and about half of it is vegan. I've been many times and tried a few different options, but the vegan Fibre-nutty bubble waffle (which has hot peanut butter sauce on a vegan waffle filled with banana and pistachio) with vegan banana-chocolate ice cream is genuinely the nicest thing I have EVER eaten.
