Good food - Edit
This is a nice, cozy restaurant with friendly staff. They have a menu with many dishes like soups, stir fry, fried rice, curry, and rolls that can be veganized by omitting eggs and meat and subbing with tofu if you like. They gave me a gluten free-menu and walked me through the items that could be veganized. Even though you can easily omit the eggs and meat and swap out with tofu, remember to ask about the broths, bases, and sauces - many are meat broths, fish sauce, or fish paste.
Read moreI ordered the Vietnamese summer rolls with tofu and Vietnamese noodle soup, and both were delicious. Initially I wanted the Thai noodle soup with tofu, but the waitress told me it had beef broth. During another visit I tried the Tom Yum Udon Noodle Soup, which they veganized for me because they were out of the Vietnamese noodle soup. It was tasty, however the Vietnamese noodle soup is my favorite so far.
When ordering, specify vegan. I wish they would make their dishes that can be veganized more easily identifiable on the menu. Overall, they have tasty food and a nice atmosphere.
