Leckere Nudeln in einfachem Imbiss-Lokal - Edit
Sehr leckeres Essen, ganz nah am Dom gelegen. Wir können die veganen Biang Biang Nudeln mit Shitake und Tofu sowie den Mango Tea (pürierte Mango auf Eis) empfehlen

Vegan options are not vegan - Edit
The miso soup they use for ramen and noodles has fish extract. When I ordered they told me it was vegan but then I had an allergy reaction to fish.

Tasty dishes a few steps from the main station - Edit
The interior is rather functional and they only have a small menu, just like a true street food stall😉The dishes are prepared quickly and I believe the price is perfectly reasonable (13-14€ for a main dish) considering the area a few minutes from the main station of one of the biggest german cities. We had the mixed gyoza, the spicy biang biang noodle soup (ramen) and the biang biang noodles with tofu and shitake. We found both the broth and the sauce very flavourful and spicy enough. The Tofu is very tasty, a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There are only bits of pak choi and shitake mushrooms, but a lot of fresh spring onion, garlic, ginger and herbs. Also you get almost a whole block of delicious tofu per dish. The gyoza with tofu was a little bland, but the one with kimchi was great and they were all perfectly crispy. They were missing an additional dip apart from soy sauce however. I would also point out that both dishes had a lot of (chili-)oil, which might be something to consider for people with sensitive stomachs.
Read morePros: Close to main station, Tasty tofu and noodles, Clearly marked vegan dishes
Cons: Bland regular gyoza

Sauce too intense, lack of veggies, chewy noodles - Edit
I liked that there were vegan options.
Read moreYou order at the counter and get a beeper so you can wait at a table. We also ordered bubble ice tea, but had to pay 2 times (card&cash), I guess because the POS system of the drinks is different from the food.
We chose a table in the back corner next to the stairs which didn’t feel as clean as sitting in the front, however the noise in the front was bad due to it being the end of the day after the big Pride parade at the last day of Pride.
I think it would be less dirty and chaotic if we came on a regular day.
The food was ready quickly. I ordered the vegan noodles with tofu (no soup) and my partner a dish with chicken with soup. The restaurant is known for their hand pulled noodles. However we found the noodles a bit too chewy for our liking. Also the soup and the sauces were too intense in our opinion. Furthermore, we would have preferred more vegetables than just one tiny piece of pakchoy. Thankfully we ordered a side dish with wakame, kimchi and cucumber.

Expensive, few veggies - go eat at Chinburger instead! - Edit
The vegan dishes taste good, but there's really not even remotely enough vegetables in them: 1.5 shiitake mushrooms and two pak choi leaves in a whole bowl of biang biang noodles for € 14, that's pretty wild.
Read moreAlso, the spicy noodles are NOT spicy, and ours were served with parsley (?!?) although we specifically (TWICE) said no parsley please. And it's the second time already, so that's it for me :)
If you're looking for great hand-pulled noodles, go to Chinburger near Friesenplatz. The chula chula noodles there are simply a-ma-zing.
Cons: Expensive, not enough vegetables by far , WHY parsley???

Highly recommend - Edit
One of the best places in cologne! True, there are few veggie options, but that's because there's few options in general. It's just a small selection of hand pulled noodle dishes. I suggest taking the spicy option, then you also don't complain about not being spicy enough afterwards

Nothing exceptional but convenient - Edit
We ordered the only two vegan options - ramen and noodles with tofu. The noodles were probably better due to a slight garlicky taste, but the ramen did not taste like much. As someone said in another review, good but I wouldn't go there again.

Great noodles - Edit
I loved the taste and texture of the noodles, but the rest was pretty lacking in flavour. I was of course happy to have this option available to me, especially because I love hand pulled noodles. Th tofu had a great texture, but there was missing the umami punch I was expecting. #Veganuary

Okay but wouldn't go again - Edit
I have the Noddles with tofu and shitake.
Read moreThe taste was overall okay, but nothing special and there were hardly any veggies (I had exactly 1 half shitake and 2 leaves of paksoy)
The tofu was soaked with some broth.
Overall the dish was rather fatty and the tast was more or less the same for every bite, so no "surprises".
I would not go there again.
Pros: Noodles are hand pulled , Fast service
Cons: Quite expensive
