Kinda strange but veeery tasty - Edit
Address is outside - 5 min north- of kanab, at the „point of entry“ gate where trucks and busses get controlled or somthing. We had 2 hot drinks and 2 vegan scones at 6:30 in the morning. People we‘re friendly and food was very tasty. My wife said it was the best scone of her life. They would also serve some vegan breakfast bowl or similar.
Read moreThey have a big choice of hot drinks, more then „just“ the standard coffee-chai-matcha menu.
Price for 2 medium hot drinks and 2 scones was 15 usd - very competitive.
Pros: Big menu of hot drinks, Tasty scones, Very reasonable prices

Great laid back spot - Edit
The owner was super inviting and the atmosphere was great! Cool stuff to look at, and the Dino tracks trail is right there. There’s also a cool RV place in the back. We always stop in when we’re in Kanab. Definitely check this place out.

Incredible vibe and food - Edit
Wonderful place offering lovely vegan scones and pumpkin cake and much more. The service was wonderful, highly recommend to all vegans. Just note - location is wrong, this is up near the Port of Entry / Hog Canyon.

Delicious vegan baked goods and great hospitality - Edit
There are many vegan options at this cozy cafe. The cranberry walnut scone was amazing and the zucchini bread was delicious. My traveling companion also loved the pastries and said that the coffee was excellent. I had a very nice discussion with Zuzu, the baker there, who generously shared one of her recipes with me. Jason, one of the owners of the cafe, is a very friendly, engaging, and interesting person. He spent a lot of time with us, giving advice on the best sites to see in the area around Kanab. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular at the Nomad Cafe. I wish Jason and Zuzu much success.

Great place with good vibes - Edit
They offered three clearly labeled vegan pastries (the apple chai scones were delicious and still warm!) and a range of cafe drinks. Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re passing through kanab

Great space, great vegan options - Edit
If you are looking for great vegan food in Kanab, drive a bit north of town and check out this little cafe.
Read moreIt's part of an RV park, and there's a hiking trail if you want to take a quick walk up the cliffs. Inside, you'll find couches, books to read, a fireplace, and a pinball machine!
They have excellent vegan options for salads, scones, kolaches, and coffee/drinks. Their menu and hours have been changing, but are kept up-to-date on their facebook page.
It's small bites rather than a full meal, but it won't break your budget like some other restaurants in the center of town.

Warm and welcoming - Edit
The owners, Jason and Zuzu, are so friendly and accommodating. You can choose plant milk options for almost any drink to be vegan (even mochas!). They also offer some vegan food options, including a protein-packed tofu and potato breakfast taco and various pastries including cranberry scones.
