the best vegan hand rolls in minneapolis - Edit
I love all of their options! Nokko offers 7 different vegan hand rolls, with about half of the rest of the menu also being vegan. I've tried each hand roll and they all have such unique flavors. My favorites being Atsuage (tofu), Avocado, and Ume takuan. The miso soup and salad are very good as well. For dessert they offer soy milk mochi, and the sesame one is my favorite.
Read moreThey offer a Frozen Kirin Ichiban, which is fun and will be amazing on a hot summer day. They have great cocktails, sake, japanese whiskey, beer, and wine as well.
I do find it to be expensive, each roll being around $7. For the quality of food I find it very worth the price.
