Great artisanal sandwiches - Edit
I've tried the hungry chippie sandwich and tofu banh mi here, and I loved both! The banh mi had a great bread, very similar to the ones in Vietnam. It was light and crunchy from the outside, and soft inside. I liked the fillings - the marinated tofu was great and the additional cabbage or kimchi was a great surprise. The dressing was seriously addictive, albeit on the sweeter side. I had to add some chilli sauce, and then it was perfect! The hungry chippie sandwich is great too, although I wish for a slightly stronger and more distinguished flavour profile, like sweet and salty, or nutty spicy etc (but that could also just be me)
