Good veg chinese. Need to work a bit on decor /ambience though - Edit
Very nice vegan nasi lemak and coffee for breakfast.

Our accommodation was right next to this cafe, so we ate here every breakfast over our 3-night stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We tried many things from the menu, all cheap, filling and tasty. The iced sugar cane tea is a refreshing start to the day.
Read moreAlso, the staff member was quick to point out if something contained egg, since he knew we were vegan. We ate with confidence.

We went at 8am but food was not ready. A lady there apologised and ask if we want to wait for while.

Authentic and traditional local dishes. The economic rice looks yummy too. Decided to try their Kolo Mee and wanton Mee.

Tasty Chinese food - Edit
The meal was super cheap, just 5.30 ringitt for a good amount of rice with two vegetable dishes and a tofu dish. It was really flavoursome though. There was limited English spoken at this place - it seemed to be a local spot - so I ordered by pointing at the food and the staff were very kind and accommodating.
