Read moreThe service by the young lady, and then the young man when there was a shift change, was seamless and they were both super friendly and helpful.
The food was, quite simply, an excellent cheeseburger and loaded fries.
Not an excellent VEGAN cheeseburger and loaded fries, excellent by any measure.
And for those of us that used to be non vegan, it’s a nice nostalgic reminder of what once was, without the guilt and other bad juju that comes with killing/torturing animals.
If I could give it 6 stars I would, and will be going back to try the stuff I couldn’t fit down my pie hole this trip. #Veganuary

Food was good I suppose but 2 smaller portions burgers a small order of fries with toppings 2 milkshakes for $65 US? Absurd prices. Nothing mentioned on their website about adding additional taxes/fees, trying to understand why our $55 of food as per their prices ended up being $65.

Excellent vegan food and excellent service for one of our party who has a severe gluten allergy. They really made an effort to ensure no contamination and that fries and shake options were available as well as the burger. Highly recommended for everyone, burger, fries and shakes were all really good.

We really appreciated the great selection of vegan burgers and the fact that everything is vegan. We really liked the taste of our burgers and the overall experience was very pleasant. Of course it's still a fast food court and you have to know that when you visit this place. We got the tater tots, fries and two different burgers, which were both quite delicious!

The food is amazing, fries, onion rings and tots are always crispy, I enjoy a variety of sandwiches, the app is awesome, rewards are great. Sauces are always on point on the sandwiches. I highly recommend!

Read moreBefore I go into the the food review, I’d like to go into the business practices of this establishment. I think it is AMAZING that Next Level uses organic food, sustainable sources, compostable utensils/plates, and LIVABLE WAGES. Not only that, but they actively take the next step into helping the community, like the Ocean Blue Banana Shake! An order of that shake takes 5 lbs of plastic out of the ocean! I’m usually skeptical about these kinds of things, and their website showed a certificate from Ocean Blue (whom they are partnering with) for their impact last year. So, to those complaining about the price, YOURE PAYING FOR ALL OF THIS!!! Eating out is not cheap, especially if it’s for foods that aren’t subsidized by Big Dairy or Big Beef. Expect this! And I do sure HOPE TO GOD you tipped the workers (yes they allegedly pay livable wages, but we don’t know what that means).
There was one review here that complained about the prices that I can understand: the food was subpar with an expensive price. Most of the good reviews on here were for the sandwiches, so maybe that’s where I went wrong because I ordered the chili fries. Did I eat it all? Yea. Was it good? Mmmm not the best. I just like eating (it’s a problem). The fries and chili were good, and the quality definitely dipped when it came to the cheese. If they used a different brand that actually melted, it would elevate it on another level. Maybe the NEXT LEVEL????😉The shake, on the other hand, was 10/10!!! The presentation was cute, especially with the little Swedish fish on top! That was so adorable! And the whipped cream on top imitated sea foam. The flavor was BOMB. it was so difficult not to inhale the whole thing and not let my friend have any.

This place has been sponsored like crazy so I finally decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It was delicious and reminded me of the burgers I used to eat when I was a kid. The burger was so big, I could barely open my mouth wide enough to bite into it. Definitely trying more of what’s on their menu 😋

This restaurant is designed like a fast food chain with full service restaurant prices. They take advantage of vegans who are looking for a quick alternative to a Burger and Fries. I can order Vegan food from Golden Lotus for a week for 4 people than what I paid for four people at Next level Burger.
