If only they cared a bit more… - Edit
Something to fill your belly with if there is nothing else. There aren’t many other options here in Boxpark. It could’ve been so much better if they just cared. If you’re going to do something so unimaginative then try to make the best damn vegan hot dog and the same goes for the burger…

Devasted to overhear staff offered and cooked meat for a customer who realised the place was “vegan”. Have supported this business for years and gutted to know the money I spend there is being used to support the meat and dairy industry.

Do meat in kitchen - Edit
I went to eat here and before I ordered I asked if the place was pure vegan. They told me the food for customers is vegan but they cook staff’s non vegan food in the kitchen on a separate grill.
Read moreThis grossed me out and I didn’t order. I go to vegan restaurants to avoid the risk of cross contamination with meat, not to be exposed to it.
On the plus side, i’m grateful they were honest enough to tell me that they cook meat in their kitchen. It does make me wonder if any other vegan place I have been do does this. It’s really gross and off-putting! Staff should not be cooking meat in a vegan environment. If they want to eat meat they should be doing that off site and thoroughly washing hands etc before prepping vegan food.

Neat Burger is situated in the Box complex close to Wembley stadium, we had a walk around and nearly all of the vendors had at least one vegan option but we decided to order from Neat as they are 100% vegan but wished we hadn’t. The burgers we poor, cheap buns and very similar to a well know fast food chain with Golden Arches, the nuggets looked and tasted cheap and the fries average.

Least fave branch - Edit
Popped into boxpark before a gig and was excited to see Neat Burger as its one of my fave vegan spots. The food isnt like the new neat menu here (more wholefoods) but is all fast food / burgers like their old menu. The service was really rubbish and I was told I couldnt use any of my vouchers or loyalty card. The food was okay but nothing like what it was before which is a shame!

Horrible burger in the Soho branch - Edit
The burger is not good at all, it was cold and the chicken patty was worse than quorn, fries also cold. The garlic aioli for 1 pound was not garlicky at all, total disaster. The matcha lemonade was a nice lemonade, but definitely didn’t taste like matcha. Maybe other food options are better….

We queued up for a burger before a gig and after 5 minutes we were informed you have to scan the qr code to order. The service was slow, the fries were solid and the burger was disappointing. After waiting for 30 minutes, it wasn’t worth the wait unfortunately.

Good food but not the best Neat burger location - Edit
It is the only fully vegan restaurant in the Wembley park area. So it's really great to have it here.

I only give 3 stars for 2 reasons:
- The menu is much smaller than in other Neat burger restaurants. They only have a few burgers and sides. They are located within boxpark and have a small kitchen, which may explain why the menu is limited.
- The main problem in my opinion: They don't accept Neat burger's loyalty card. This means that you can't collect points on your orders , and you can't redeem your rewards. The loyalty card is accepted on all the other Neat burger restaurants. This one is the exception, and it is hard to understand why ...

I've been to quite a few branches of Neat and always given them 5* but unfortunately this branch wasn't up to the standards of the other ones.
Read moreThis branch is located within Wembley Boxpark and as a result has a much more limited menu than the other locations (you can see what options they have on the Uber eats page for this branch). They also don't have the facilities to scan your loyalty card here so you can't get the introductory discount.
Me and my wife went for the Fried Chick’n Sandwich combo deal with Tater Tots and Karma Cola, another Fried Chick’n Sandwich and Tater Tots and a portion of 10 Classic Neat Chicken Nuggs. What I didn't realise when we ordered was that the combo deal would be superseded by a Boxpark lunchbox deal (£10 instead of £12.75) which means it would've actually been cheaper to go for two of the meal deals instead rather than ordering the second Fried Chick’n Sandwich and Tater Tots without a drink.
This Neat is within Boxpark which is a food court so we took a seat and waited for our order. It took a while as there was only one person working in neat (she was taking the orders and cooking the food) and when it was ready she'd forgotten one of the portions of tater tots so we had to wait for that as well.
The food itself wasn't as good as I've become used to at Neat. I just found it all much greasier than usual and it was disappointing. That said I was unwell so that may also have affected my judgement of how good the food was (I gave them 4* as a benefit of the doubt as I was ill but my experience I would say was 3*). That said it was nice big portions and very filling.
I don't know if it was just an off day or because I was sick, or if it's just not as good here as the other branches but if you do have the choice I would recommend going to a different branch instead.
Pros: Big filling portions, Lunchbox deal is good value
Cons: More limited menu than other branches, Food wasn't as good as other branches, Can't scan loyalty cards at this branch
