Vegan fast food experience! - Edit
Food was good although too oily in my opinion but this makes a real american fast food experience! Staff is nice. Prices are a bit high for a fast food.

The burgers were really good and definitely a novelty in Italy. The staff was a bit inefficient but it's probably because they were open for 3 days only.

Update: la qualitá é peggiorata molto. I tenders che erano molto buoni sono stato sostituiti con delle pepite insapori, e vengono offerte allo stesso prezzo e chiamate allo stesso modo. Mi é sembrato di star essendo truffato. Un vero peccato.

Dopo tutta la pubblicità fatta all'inaugurazione della catena, coi bei faccioni di DiCaprio e Hamilton, mi aspettavo una migliore qualità del cibo e un'immagine di brand piu studiata. Non è malaccio, ma forse hanno montato troppo le aspettative e questo li ha un po' fregati, a mio avviso. Buono, ma non eccellente.

The meal was okay. Not the best junk food I've had. I really liked the pistachio shake but the fries were dry and I didn't like the flavor of the chicken burger too much. The service was friendly though and it was great to see how busy it was!

Qualità del cibo apprezzabile ma le porzioni in generale non erano adeguate al prezzo. In particolare andrebbero rivisti , come quantità, le polpette al sugo e il Neat burger (il cui patty è di una dimensione davvero ridotta che non ci si aspetterebbe). Chick'n tenders fenomenali e brownie con gelato e panna davvero gustoso.

Had a wonderful meal here from the friendly customer service to the pop-up disco bathroom and tasty food. Started with the corn ribs, and then split a chicken and smash burger with loaded sweet potato fries. The cheese on the burger and the breading on the chicken had my fooled! Everything was great!

I'm sorry but you can't put a little supposedly "fine dining" restaurant designed for cool central neighborhoods into the biggest commercial center of Italy (or Europe?) in a faraway area where it's very stressful to go if you don't have a car, and also if you have. Crowdy place, traffic jam, parking lots, an American nightmare which is the opposite of sustainability. Frustrating experience. You're expecting a fast food meal - because it looks like fast food - but you have to wait half an hour to be seated (at any hour). You also have to wait at the counter to pay at the end of the lunch, like a restaurant. But it's not a restaurant. Moreover there are better vegan burgers in town. Chips are good, vegan cheese very good. The patty is too thin and not tasty. I'm very disappointed, I will never come back, because this would mean spending the day in a huge supermarket.
