Good for quick, healthy options - Edit
I got the kale salad. It had good flavor. I got the [censored] end of all the brussel sprouts pieces 😂 but it was fine otherwise. Very expensive at $11.99 for a small box.

Great option for airport choices - Edit
Was nice to be able to find fresh steamed vegetables with rice. Also enjoyed the bean salad and their popular kale salad. Worth the walk to Concourse E if you have the time.

Worth the trek over to Terminal E - Edit
One of the few options in the airport that has quality food. Not many options but they consistently have the salad and a no cheese version of the vegetarian wrap. If you eat honey, get the baklava.

Cons: Not many options, Veg wrap is largely lettuce. 🥬

Amazing food indeed - Edit
While they only have the two or so options, both the kale salad and the chili were very flavorful and exactly what my body needed.

Kale Salad - Amazing - Edit
Thank you to all who posted here. You are all right. No line. Large portions. So good! Fresh and tasty. Added bonus: all the employees there smile! Not readily found in airports today! I went to Terminal E.

Actual food and great knowledgeable employees - Edit
If you are hungry at the ATL, this is the place. They heaped me up with wholesome vegan food. I'm so glad this place is here, it's a lifesaver. It's the best place for vegans that I've found in this airport. I had the brown rice, steamed veggies, lentil salad and the extra awesome kale salad. The people serving the food were kind, their smiles and sparkling eyes made my day. Be careful, if you smile at me and serve me delicious food at the same time, I'm about to fall in love. Thanks, Nature's Table Bistro.

Vegan and vegetarian alternatives - Edit
Agree with others that the kale-chickpea-Brussels sprouts-cranberry salad is particularly good. Was also told that the veggie chili is vegan. Thankful to find some vegan options at the airport--even if it meant backtracking to different concourse!

The Vegan Superfood Salad is fresh, flavorful and filling. Just thankful to find something I could eat and this was really good! Has a sweet spicy dressing with a little lingering heat. Really enjoyed.

Delicious, hearty vegan salad - Edit
I love this place and often make my way to the E Concourse whole on layovers just to have a double salad: the hearty vegan salad and fruit salad. The double makes an enormous meal!

Surprisingly substantial vegan salad - Edit
I rarely eat at a place that serves meat but on a layover at the airport, I looked for “vegan options” at the Atlanta, GA Airport on HappyCow. I checked out Qdoba Mexican Grill. It didn’t really look appealing and right next to it was a place called Nature’s Table, so I looked at the case and noticed a salad called “Super Food Vegan.” It had couscous, cranberries, destemed kale, Brussels sprouts, garbanzo beans, carrots, and red cabbage, with lemon vinaigrette. It looked fresh so I decided to try the small size ($8.49). I didn’t have high hopes but omg it was so tasty!! And it’s so dense that I couldn’t even finish it. I went back to compliment them and take photos and the employee asked if I wanted the card, which had the recipe! When I had bought the salad, the large tray was full and when I went back in less than 15 minutes, it was almost empty. Apparently it’s popular among the flight attendants for something healthy to eat. I also noticed a fruit salad and another simpler vegan salad. The steam table included rice and veggies. There were several vegetarian options with the wraps, sandwiches, soups (which looked vegan from the ingredients but I didn’t inquire). I’m rating it with 4 stars for offering a nutrient-dense, fresh and tasty vegan option, and for the friendly service.
