Fantastic Lunch! - Edit
Very quick service and TASTY food. The Soul Bowl has a breaded plant-based breaded chicken which is stellar. Their potato salad was also great and their Watermelon-agave-mint beverage was a healthy delight

Amazing Tempeh Tacos 🌮 - Edit
Native foods is amazing because it is owned by former employees that purchased the business and are doing great! My favorite is the Tempeh tacos which are out of this world! They also have really good orange cauliflower which is like sweet-and-sour chicken but we love chicken so we eat cauliflower instead! If you’re in Palm Springs, you can’t miss a delicious meal at native foods!

Best food in Palm Springs - Edit
Not only is this the best food in Palm Springs, this is one of the best vegan restaurants in the country. We ate there twice in two days. We got the macro platter, taco salad, soul bowl, and Reuben sandwich with potato salad. They were all literally perfect. And the peanut butter parfait was so rich and delicious. #Veganuary

Best Vegan Restaurant in Coachella Valley - Edit
I am having problems ordering at Native Foods because everything is delicious here! I am not local so if I am I would have visited it weekly. 🙂 We had the Cauliflower Dippers with Thai Chili Cilantro Sauce and ranch, Baja Tacos, and Soul Bowl. The beans in the Soul Bowl is so creamy, tasty, and soft. Delicious! I think this is the best vegan restaurant in the area! We will back for sure. #Veganuary

Some Winners, Some Losers - Edit
Let me start by saying the staff is very nice. It's always the same lady who helps us, I'm assuming she's the manager. As for the food, it's a hit or miss. I grew up eating here occasionally and always like the chicken fingers/tenders (still do!). I've come to realize that their burgers and sandwiches tend to be lackluster. The desserts is where they shine! The beignets are fantastic!!!!! They come out so warm and fluffy, and the hot chocolate dipping sauce just makes it perfection! A lot of their desserts in the case are delicious too. Oatmeal cream pies and the chocolate chip cookies are my go-to. The actual food is where they lose me. We always get the nachos, and while they're good flavor-wise, they always come out kind of cold. The chicken fingers (plain or buffalo) are always good, and they hit the nostalgia bone for me since I'd eat them as a kid. I will say, they do have some of my most favorite vegan mac and cheese. The burgers, sandwiches, and burritos are always kind of a letdown. I just wish they had more flavor, and they honestly taste the same for the most part regardless of what you order. Native Foods will be a place I continue to visit, albeit infrequently.

Absolutely delicious!! - Edit
I’ve been coming to this Native Foods location for many years when I’m in Palm Springs. Their food is delicious and creative — an amazing cacophony of wonderful flavors. The portions are huge - a real bang for the buck especially compared with some of their local competitors. And the service is great with the owners Misti and Sean being super friendly. Highly recommended!!

A local favorite - Edit
Native Foods is definitely one of my local favorites. There is something for everyone, and I can go here for lunch or dinner. It's also nice to run into vegan friends here. My favorites are the Twister Wrap (buffalo), the Munchwrap Supreme, the Ensalada Azteca, the BBQ Chicken Salad, and the Double Cheeseburger. Everyone who works here is super friendly.

A little underwhelming - Edit
I would go back to try more. What I had (twister wrap and potato salad) was bland and underwhelming. However, they have a big menu so I’m sure there’s something I would have liked better! Love that it’s fully vegan, thankfully has an outdoor seating area because inside was very noisy and full of children. So I guess it’s also a good place for families. Staff were great. Prices were fair.
