Do not hesitate to eat at least 2! - Edit
This place was recommended by a local vegan friend. It turned out to be a place that I will never forget. Not having a sweet tooth, I could have eaten 4-5 of those pastel de natas. I tried 2 different versions and I thought I could move to Lisbon just for that:)

To me as a foreigner there was no difference in taste between the vegan and non vegan option, although my Portuguese friend said there was.

I’m sure this place is usually better than I’m rating it… I made the mistake of showing up late (8 pmish) and it looked like the pasteis they were still serving had been sitting out for a while. I ordered the vegan version of the traditional pastel, which was OK but clearly not fresh. Would love to give this place another try earlier in the day.

Read moreThey have several vegan pastéis de nata options including the traditional one, one with creme brulee on top, one filled with apple, tiramisu flavor and Oreo cheese cake.
They were so so good and the prices are fair (2€ for the especial flavors, 1.50€ the traditional one).
The decor and ambience of this place were also super nice.

They have a lot of vegan flavors, we tried the crème brûlée flavor and the classic. we liked the classic one better and found the crème brûlée one a little too sweet for our tastes, but it was still delicious! 🩷

We had the vegan one with apple and tiramisu. The apple one was fantastic but don't tell the Portuguese that there are Natas with different flavors, it's a sin to change the recipe 😉

The first time, I tried Cheesecake Oreo, Tiramisu and Classic, and then the second time I just went back to have two Tiramisu ones ☕️ the coffee flavour is just in the piece of lady finger under the cream on top, but it's quite nice. I preferred these to the Vegan Nata ones 🤐
