Great vibes!! - Edit
My non-veg family have been raving about My Delhi for ages, so we went out for a meal here on a Friday night. Even at 6:30pm the place was packed and lively! The staff were so attentive and welcoming despite this. Vegan options were very clearly marked, varied, and available across all parts of the menu. I had vegan tikka masala and cauliflower manchurian - absolutely stunning and even my non-veg companions said the cauliflower was their favourite!

Great Vegan Options - Edit
Excellent range of vegan and vegetarian options at My Dehli. I got the Samosa Chat to start and the Aloo Mutter (potato and pea curry) for main. Both very nice. Great range of draft beers too.

Lots of options, amazing flavour at just the right spice. Great selection of dips with the poppadoms. Decent price and good location near the central station.

Delicious food, great customer service - Edit
Delicious food and great service, our server Pooja looked after us very well. Hope to come back sometime. Don't think I'll be ordering the Dilliwalli Lemonade again though... it was strangely sulphurous, a very acquired taste!

Delhi Delights - Edit
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here where we were treated to an outstanding feast of authentic Indian street food. From the clearly labelled menu, we shared the onion bhaji, cauliflower manchurian, punjabi dal tadka, harappa smoked aubergines with rice and chips. Firstly, it's always great to be able to order an onion bhaji and this dish certainly didn't disappoint. Perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. The cauliflower manchurian was also very flavoursome and well spiced. The stars of the show though were the dal and smoked aubergines, which were quite simply stunning with such depth of flavour and perfectly spiced. All this for just over £30. Staff and atmosphere were great and I cant wait to visit again.

Delicious, authentic food, lovely staff, great atmosphere! - Edit
I lived in Delhi a number of times so was so excited to eat here. Golgappa's are my favourite and did not disappoint! We ended up ordering them again they were so good. We also had Tarka Daal, rotis, Onion Bhaji and Cauliflower Manchurian. All were really good and yummy. So nice to eat authentic India food rather than what you would normally get in a typical indian restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming and all the staff were smiley, happy and helpful! Would definitely recommend and we will be back again!

And you may find yourself - Edit
Brightly decorated, vibrant restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. There's a meat free menu (vegetarian on one side, vegan on the other). I thoroughly enjoyed my veg jalfrezi which was packed with hearty chunks of potato, red pepper, cauliflower and onions to name a few. It could have actually been a little more saucy to be honest. The roti bread was standard and the rice could have been a little stickier and fragrant. Overall, a successful visit and good to see an independent authentic non-chain place doing well.

Decent grub - Edit
A bout of banter with Hack Man and a curry.
Read moreOverall it was a little bit chaotic service wise although really nice staff. Initially asking for ten vegan menu we were told there wasn’t one but there was on the menu. It was limited and after 5 minutes we decided to decided to leave and at this point they gave us the vegan menu the rest of the service always a little nervous and mistake were made.
We opted for a couple of different curries rice and tofu. Everything was decent but not outstanding. I found ye vegan menu a little bit of an afterthought and the options limited. The veg was pretty good and not overcooked. The bread and rice were a bit dry and lacking love.
Staff were nice, food was okay, there is far better elsewhere however.
Pros: Fresh, Location

Would return - Edit
The waiter was really helpful, basically advising us not to have popadam and pickles because only 2 pickles are vegan - very good of him to. The food was tasty, kadhai veg would order it again. We also had a mocktail with rose petals which was cool but weird! Loved the screen / window effect on the wall that made you feel you were in India!

Something for everyone - Edit
This was my meat eating husbands idea to visit as he walks past this place everyday. It has a very informal feel to it and the staff were very friendly. It has a separate menu for both vegetarian and vegan. I found it useful for that reason as I didn’t I have to ask loads of questions. We had poppadoms with pickles, 3 of the pickles were vegan and was pointed out the non vegan. Starter was a vegan samosa chaat and then a aloo gobi adrakhi for main course. This was a potato and cauliflower curry with fresh ginger. I had it with steamed rice. The curry was tasty but a little sweet. We did mention this to the waiter but stated vegetables can be sweet. Now I make curries and could tell sugar had been added to the sauce, I could tell this was not from vegetables. I will try here again and choose something different next time. I feel it has potential.

Hi, just come across this. Thank you for dining with us. We're pleased you enjoyed the meal. We can assure you there is no sugar at all used in the Aloo Gobhi Adrakhi. Our chef is from Delhi, trained and worked in Delhi and has created a menu full of authentic and real Indian food. There are a lot of curries which are perfect for Vegans and Vegetarian, we've recently introduced Jackfruit Biryani which you'll want to try, but if not there are lots of other great tasting vegetarian dishes that we could recommend on your next visit. Please ask for myself Shah and we'll recommend to your palate. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
