Vegan ramen that is flavourful - Edit
I went with friends who aren’t vegan/vegetarian and it was nice to be able to eat with them and still feel like my food was on the same level. So many times my food ends up being subpar unless we go to a vegan specific restaurant but this was not the case here.

Really nice to be able to eat vegan at an authentic Japanese ramen bar with our meat-eating friends. This is a tiny place, so you might have to line up. Order from machine on arrival (seemed to be just one vegan option, and one vegetarian option), pay by cash or card. No-nonsense, good food!

Locale molto piccolo, se è pieno bisogna aspettare in fila fuori. Hanno un’unica opzione vegana di ramen a cui non so se puoi fare il menù (non ho provato), però puoi aggiungere toppings. Devo dire che il sapore non era male. Mi è piaciuto.

This place has a vegan ramen alongside fishy/ meaty ones. With option to add extra bamboo/ egg if wanted. The noodles are lovely but the broth was a bit flavourless. Seems very popular and it’s tiny - we went at 5.30pm and it was full. It’s an order at a machine on arrival place. They take cards as well as cash

Love this place, amazing ramen and bamboo, good white pepper, the noodles have a delicate texture and I ordered a double portion, sometimes there is a queue, but it’s worth the wait, it’s better to come during the day so that the queue is shorter

It only serves one type of vegan ramen (for vegetarians, an egg can be added). They also advertise one type of no meat ramen, but I'm pretty sure there's fish in the broth. The vegan ramen was flavourful.
