Serves meat, vegan options available. Ask for vegetarian udon. The soups on the menu contain fish, but staff is familiar with vegetarian food (say "no meat, no fish") and will leave out the fish broth. The noodles are freshly made. Also offers vegetable tempura though maybe cooked in shared fryer. Open Mon-Wed 11:30am-4:00pm, 6:00pm-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:30am-4:00pm, 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Really good veggie options - Edit
My wife and I had the vegetarian broth udon and really enjoyed it! Can confirm that the veggie both is legit vegetarian friendly. My wife gets sick if any meat/fish products are in food, and it was all good after eating here. Cozy little spot with great service. Sucks that this app won't let me give 5 stars

“What is the soup du jour?” (Dumb & Dumber) - Edit
You can switch to a vegan broth for almost every dish. I had a simple soup with tofu and green onion tempura. Good portion.

The restaurant is quite small, so you might need to wait to get in. A 20 minute wait was well worth it! So so many vegan options and so delicious. They even labeled which condiments are vegan.

They added a ''vegan option'' stamp on their menu, and even have some soy sauce and tempura sauce labeled ''vegan'' on the desk. There was a few people in front of me in queue, but it got pretty quick, and they took orders while I was waiting outside. The udon where delicious, and same for the tempura vegetables, I recommend a 100%

The food is delicious, with massive portions and clear vegan options and meat options (which my partner appreciates)
I got the tofu udon (not the vegan version as I eat fish) which was delicious, and huge and the spring green tempura (after the rave reviews on here)
The tempura is tricky to eat but so tasty, especially with the vegan tempura sauce - which is clearly labelled
Such a lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff, they even helped a man who'd lost his family charge his phone

Highly recommend this little place. We had the tofu noodle soup and 2 types of tempura. Really great! They have fresh leaves in their green tea, probably the best green tea I’ve ever had.

This is a small place, with two tables for 4 and maybe 8 bar seats. We arrived at around 17:45 and waited around an hour to be sat. But the food was great! Vegetarian options were clearly marked on the menu.

Don’t miss the green onion tempura! - Edit
Had vegan udon noodles with tofu which were fine (needed some seasoning - they have vegan tempura sauce, soy sauce and curry salt) - but the veg tempura and especially the green onion tempura will be remembered as one of the food highlights of our trip. We arrived at 6pm exactly and got seated immediately but it filled up very quickly.

Arrived at the restaurant at about 18:20 and there was a 45 min wait to get a table. The food arrived quickly after we had been seated though.

The udon was a bit of a disappointment after reading a ton of positive reviews. The soup was kind of bland and the noodles were a little chewy. With some extra spice and soy sauce the soup turned ok.

I got the vegan lunch set with 6 vegetables and simple udon. They even have vegan sauces for dipping. Best veggie tempura I’ve had! It can get a bit busy- we had to wait for 10 mins- but they take your order in line.
