Lange Wartezeit, Geschmack ok - Edit
Wir waren zu fünft, wurden nett empfangen, haben nach der Getränkebestellung nach 20min das Wasser und anschließend auf Nachfrage die Limo bekommen. Die Limo war jedoch fertig vorbereitet hinter der Theke. Die Kellnerin hatte die Getränke schon hin und her getragen.
Read more2h nach Essensbestellung haben wir die ersten Gerichte bekommen, andere Gäste waren nach uns da und haben ihr Essen früher erhalten.
Nach knapp 3h hatten wir die Hälfte der Bestellungen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind "fried sake" und "fried mushrooms". beide wurden mit Saucen serviert und waren sehr lecker. Die Suppe war sanft gewürzt.
Auf Nachfrage der Gerichte wurde uns gesagt, dass es normal sei, dass frische Küche immer länger dauere.
Zwei Gerichte haben wir dann storniert.
Es war insgesamt schon etwas frustrierend mit dem Warten, ganz ohne Ankündigung, dass es jetzt dauert, jedoch trotzdem lecker. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, die Musik auch.
Vielleicht war es wirklich ungünstig durch das Ted-Fest vorab und fehlende Lebensmittel, wie uns der Koch sagte. Oder es gibt nur eine Herdplatte, es war doch insgesamt etwas ernüchternd, weil es als
sehr gutes und bestbewertetes Restaurant bei Happy Cow gilt.
Die Kommunikation ist verbesserungswürdig .
Pros: Sake Fries, Freis Mushrooms, Musik und ambiente
Cons: sehr lange Wartezeit ohne Ankündigung, Nachfragen der Getränke und Gerichte, Tiere mit langem Schwanz in der Küche sichtbar

Read moreI was planning to eat alone but there was a young man who was also waiting and we sat together. I’m from Sydney Australia and Andrea is from Verona in Italy. We both ordered a pho style soup with mushrooms and vegetables. It was heavenly good. The broth was made from carrots, corn and pineapple which gave a sweet sour taste. A wonderful meal and conversation with Andrea and the owner.
Pros: I loved the relaxed feel of the place. , The menu is not too small, not too big, just right, I love that the food is organic.

Excellent experience! I liked everything, the way I was welcomed, the way the owner was always present and friendly, yet polite and not invasive. The food is top quality, freshly prepared and the portions are generous. Pity I have discovered this hidden gem in the ❤️ of Nha Trang the day before I am leaving.

we really loved this place and the food was so tasty and fresh! the fruits and vegetables come from the farm of the owners friend and are all organic. we got to try pineapple for free and it was so sweet and good. all our ordered dishes were also very good.

Great Place, Committed to Sane Food - Edit
We had a spicy tofu hotpot, mushroom patties and a mango salad along with a super green tea. All was well prepared, flavourful and served with delightful conversation with the owner. We were greeted by the star of the restaurant, boy cat, who rolled onto his back as we arrived. On the floor of course. We were informed that ingredients for dishes were mindfully selected from organic produce, local, without chemicals and with much care. This restaurant is doing great work in helping people understand more the concept of "you are what you eat".

Delicious fresh high quality food in the heart of Nha Trang. The friendly owner and staff is an absolute plus to the relaxed atmosphere close to the center. We had the mango salad, spring rolls, pho and braised tofu and loved each dish. Absolute recommendation.

My friend (omnivore) and I shared the fried mushrooms, fried springrolls, pho, and seitan with coconut. We had the coconut drink with spinach. Everything was amazing. I assume you can't go wrong with anything there. Can't wait to try more!
