So many options for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner! Lots of vegan stuff, very nice tofu scramble and great coffee! All gluten free too.

Inclusive Eating - Edit
We stumbled upon this place when traveling through Palmerston North. Everything is labeled very well and the vegan options are extensive and delicious. Everything is gluten free and allergy friendly. Staff was super nice and made sure they catered to everybody’s needs. A real hidden gem.

Such a cool spot. MUST VISIT! - Edit
There are so many options here. They have I think 3 options on breakfast menu and 3 on lunch and all very good. Heaps of cabinet food and cabinet salads to choose from. It's called Munch and also says inclusive eats which is so awesome to be a part of. The inside of the Cafe has lots of different seating type areas and more space upstairs. Really cool mix vibe.

Surprisingly large and popular lunch spot with great fresh food and fun atmosphere. I had a huge vegan milkshake and some fresh mixed salads. Just wish the burger had been a little cheaper and I would have gone back to try it!

There are terrific vegan breakfast and lunch options. Also plenty of vegan savoury and sweet cabinet options. Staff members are super-friendly and coffee is excellent. Can't wait to go back to Palmerston North to try some more dishes.

We went for a late breakfast and had the crumpets and grill (big breakfast). Both were over 20 dollars but pretty small (e.g. Only 2 small crumpets). Good flavour though

Choices for everyone, vegan, gf, meat options, not nuts on the premises. Had the vegan hash stack and was fulling and so YUM. Best vegan brunch I’ve had in Palmy. Atmosphere is cool, very nic nac central. Will definitely be coming back. Was on the expensive side at $25 a meal but what isn’t expensive these days. Thanks team 🌱

Read moreWe got here in the early afternoon and most sweets were sold out, however there was one vegan muffin left which was absolutely delicious. We also had a brownie which was tasty but a bit too “Keto” tasting with all the coconut oil.
Facilities were clean and huge, with plenty of seating. Little pricey and the staff was quite inattentive. Other than that, great stop for a road trip. Will come back for the burger next time we’re passing through!

I’ll be honest when they were in downtown I did not enjoy the food at all, I have since moved out of Palmerston North and when visiting my family yesterday they suggested going and that it’s gotten better, I listened to them and they were right! Got the vegan bene and it was nice minus being under seasoned it was actually such a good bene & their barista was on point! And even better knowing everything is gluten free WOOOH!

Love the salad. Love the biscuits. Love the coffee. Love the iced mocha. Munch have positioned themselves to be THE specialist gf/vegan eatery in Palmy, and they're living up to it.

Head on through into the small mall with the cinema and carry on to the food hall and you'll find Munch. A few good vegan options, I chose the vegan Nachos. They were a sensible size and I felt like I was eating healthy and indolent at the same time.

Munch is a great foodcourt-style eatery, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before or after a movie. They typically have a range of vegan menu items (such as burgers) and a selection of cabinet foods. These change regularly so it's difficult to gauge what may be on offer on any particular day (for example one day they may have potato or pasta salad but then on another day they may all be leafy green salads). They always have a range of vegan baking, the melting moments are delicious!

Read moreFresh, good looking cabinet salads and lunch items along with several vegan dessert options when we visited. Blackboard items were clearly marked vegan as well.
Staff here were knowledgeable & willing to adjust items to make them vegan if they already weren't.
They pride themselves on being vegan & gluten free specialists which is great for people looking for that combination.
I had the warmed corn cake with guac & a side salad. Very good flavours - a nice, fresh tasting lunch. I really enjoyed it.
The chocolate cheesecake for dessert was rich with flavours - the biscuit base was excellent.
Plant milks & options on the drinks blackboard for smoothies and coffees. The mango smoothie that I tried was very good.
The food was reasonably priced and the service was great. We'll definitely dine here again when in Palmerston North.
