Would give it 3.5 stars if I could - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. There are only a couple options for main courses, and both are marked as “limited supply” so check what they have available before you sit down. We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait a bit for a table, but not as long as originally estimated. They told us 30 min, but we had a table in 5 min. The food was good and the service was excellent, but for the price point I would recommend Chaya Maya instead.

Pros: Good service, Good food, Clearly marked vegan options.
Cons: Not actually a museum, Food not on par with it’s major competitor

Uninspiring and bland - Edit
We were excited to find a traditional restaurant with proper vegan options but despite sounding delicious on the menu they were sloppy and lacked any texture. I asked if they were cooked fresh or microwaved and even though they claimed that they were fresh it’s hard to believe given the speed that they came out.

Delicous food but very limited options - Edit
There are two appetizer style dishes that are marked vegan, we had both as well as chips and guacamole. Everything was delicious, the waiter was very professional and the place had a nice atmosphere. Good for a stop for light lunch and drinks.
