Solid option - Edit
Large and popular place, but surprisingly decent vegan options, although not many. They are clearly labeled, although sometimes labeled as 'vegan option' without stating what the option is.
Read moreThe Papadzul is very tasty (vegan option is filled with nopales), the Panucho however was not done well. It came torn apart and a bit burnt... Maybe just bad luck. Anyway, the Vegan options for the taco types all have the same filling/topping ("Maya style"). It is nice but more diversity would be better.
They give tortilla chips with a great vegan dip as a complementary appetizer (something with pumpkin seeds, idk, she spoke Spanish lol, but definitely vegan!).

Tourist tacos restaurant - Edit
A few vegan options that are clearly marked. Alright tacos.
Read moreMy company wasn't happy with the waiter saying that the tip was optional, but still insisted that you pay a certain percentage in tips and didn't want to accept less, although I paid it for my part.
Didn't find the vegan options to seem to have that much variety.
Pros: Location
Cons: Touristy vibe

Vegan options on menu - Edit
A popular and traditional Yucatecan restaurant, my friends recommended it and I assumed I’d be eating nothing but guacamole, but there were actual vegan options on the menu, and they were very good. The papadzules are made with pumpkin seed sauce which is creamy but no dairy. The serving was large! I ordered the house salad (very good, lots of olives) and two other small vegan plates and yes I over ordered, excited by vegan options was I! Located in an old mansion, I noticed they take large groups. If you want to sit in patio make reservations. I was a walk in (one person) and they found a table for me next to patio which was full. Great experience all around!
