Few vegan options, typically mess up my order

If you order the hummus plate, you'll be fine because it's vegan by default. Their eggplant Parmesan is labeled vegan but a waitress informed me it has a vegan option and is by default vegetarian. Every single time I have gone, I have specifically requested no meat or dairy or the vegan option, and every single time I have been served something with dairy or bacon on it. It has probably happened 6 or 7 times at this point. I am beginning to think someone in the kitchen has a grudge because this goes beyond incompetence.
The waiters are friendly and replace my meals as well as give me a discount when I notice this before eating, but this most recent visit I only realized I had been served dairy when I got sick after eating it.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Few vegan options, Poisoned me with milk, Not many larger tables to sit at for board gaming
