Superb Japanese Cuisine - Edit
We had seen how highly rated this place was, arriving 10 minutes early (lucky we did!) for lunch. Having travelled to Japan several times, and from Australia, we are often sceptical of Asian food elsewhere in the world as we are blessed with so much so close to us. Mori did not disappoint!
Read moreWe had the Tantanmen, Mini Donburi, Chilli Tofu, a side of the Matcha Latte and the Homemade Yuzu Lemonade. We finished with the Tartelette.
We can only express how much we thoroughly enjoyed this meal from start to finish. The dining setting is lovely, with standard tables downstairs and a more traditional Japanese seating upstairs. The restaurant is decorated just like one in Japan itself. The staff are friendly. The service is quite efficient too.
Overall the food quality was excellent - the Tantan broth was rich and creamy, and the soy-meat flavour in the donburi was better than anticipated! The tartelette was also perfectly balanced as a sweet dessert. The Yuzu lemonade hit just right, particularly if you like it a little more citrus. Easily one of our best dining experiences to date.
Price-quality is on-par and there are numerous Gluten Free options available!
Pros: Tantan Ramen, Yuzu Lemonade, Tartelette Dessert

Japanese Vegan Food - Edit
It's good to find Japanese vegan food in Paris. The restaurant is small but with a nice decoration. The fans of Miyazaki will like it.

Best restaurant in Paris - Edit
And a top restaurant anywhere.
Read moreHighly recommend the Teriyaki Don and the Tantanmen. Been twice ordered the same twice. Also the Deconstructed Tartlet and Black Sesame Flan were perfect. Not too sweet.
Staff are delightful, calm and polite when there’s a long queue, and very generous with taking your number and calling you for a place.

Great food, cute place and nice staff - Edit
The food was great. The Miso was super tasty and well done. The Bento was my first time of this dish and I don't regret it. Loved it here.

Outstanding Japanese vegan food - Edit
Everything we tried was great! The service was also very friendly, and the restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated. Very authentic experience, while fully vegan. It's small with a small menu, but everything in great taste, so you still have great options to choose from. We went for lunch during the week with no reservation and immediately got a table

Great food and even better atmosphere - Edit
This place was recommended to me with a specific dish to order, the Tantanmen which I had with a match latte. Both were absolutely delicious, definitely on my top three in Paris. What was even better was the experience, the place offers the option to sit on cushions on the floor and remove your shoes to emulate a traditional Japanese style, and I was so so comfortable, really recommend going here if you're in Paris.

Great ramen - Edit
Such a cosy and authentic Japanese café. It's small and the decoration is lovely. Service was nice and fast. I had the kabotcha ramen and it didn't disappoint. It was delicious, though I found it maybe a little bit too salty, with an overpowering smokey flavor. I would have also enjoyed a bit more toppings for this price.

Ce restaurant est une pépite pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, et l’étage permet de s’installer au sol sur de petits sièges, ce qui rend le lieu encore plus sympa.

Japanese food lovers : A MUST in Paris ! - Edit
I absolutely love this place! The creamy ramen is, without a doubt, the tastiest ramen I’ve ever had, but honestly, everything on the menu is flavorful and generous.
Read moreUpstairs, they have traditional Japanese seating, where you’ll need to take off your shoes, which adds to the authentic experience.
The staff all speak Japanese, so feel free to chat with them in Japanese if you can haha.
It’s always busy here, so be sure to arrive early or be prepared to wait. They often take your number and call you when a table is free.
It’s a bit pricy, but definitely worth the price! They’ve also put together a recipe book, so if you feel like a chef, you can try making some of their dishes at home.
Pros: The food, the atmosphere, ... perfect !
Cons: Can be busy, don't be afraid to wait a bit

Only ok - Edit
I was disappointed by the flavours here. Both the udon salad and the mochi were very bland. Oddly there was very little udon in the udon salad, and it was not filling. I enjoyed my first sake though. It's great that it's all vegan but I would not return.

Excellent restaurant japonais - Edit
