Good coffee and vibes - Edit
We spent a month in Victoria last year and Moka House became our neighborhood coffee shop. They’ve got plenty of vegan options for drinks and a few vegan food items. My favorite thing there was the Ukee Bar, a GF treat. Not entirely sure what was in it, but the overall flavor was like a caramel bar coated in chocolate. The service is also good. In fact, one time I spilled half my latte all over myself, and they offered to replace it for free. The atmosphere is nice, too, and the patio out front is a lovely place to sit and sip your coffee.

Local Coffee House - Edit
Great to support a local business, especially in that there is a fantastic outdoor patio (with heaters in the cooler weather). Several vegan options and even more vegetarian choices. Options for plant based milks too.
