Nice, quick option - Edit
They have a few Vegan options on their menu. A couple of ingredients on two of the options share cook surfaces with the cooking of meat, so you will need to ask if it is a concern for you. I went with the cauliflower option. It was very filling and tasty. The fresh pita was wonderful. The green beans were addictive and refreshing. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Pretty good for a quick bite - Edit
Located in the Palazzo / Venetian. Pita was pretty tasty and the bag of beans, while cold(supposed to be) delicious.
