good breakfast burrito - Edit
i went in expecting the breakfast muffin but couldnt see it on the menu, so went for the breakfast burrito. it was really nice, but a bit expensive for a breakfast (or i may just not be used to prices in the USA)

They seem to have switched from a muffin to a burrito option for vegans. I wouldn’t usually choose a breakfast burrito but it was still delicious the just egg is so good!! Decent value for money.

This is a tiny little place on an obscure corner. I never would have found it without HappyCow. It’s got breakfast sandwiches, and one is vegan. It’s got just egg, smoked Gouda., mushroom hash, a Bakery English muffin I am not a fan of breakfast sandwiches, but this was unusual and good

One Mouthwatering Vegan option - Edit
They have one designated vegan option - “The Vegan One.” However, most of the ingredients made for it are original to the dish and not residual from other meals. A sweet and spicy mushroom pâté perfectly pairs with a smoky vegan Gouda atop a just egg. Homemade English muffins bring it home. This sandwich tastes like it was made at a vegan restaurant.
