After reading all the reviews we honestly expected so much more of this place but our experience was very disappointing unfortunately. The bread was old, and the cannelloni & carbonara tasted very bland. There weren't even vegan bacon bits or smoked tofu in the carbonara, it was almost as if they used breadcrumbs instead. The waitresses were rushed and not very welcoming either. We wouldn't come back here. There's much better vegan places in Turin to visit like Idem com patata (the best carbonara) and Soul Kitchen (best overall)

Mezzaluna
The smoked tofu in the carbonara is there, it's been there for 30 Years. It is crumbled, not diced, as anyone can understand: this way it blends better with the sauce. But now you find out it's actually breadcrumbs. No less. We invented vegan carbonara in the late 90s, when “vegan bacon” did not exist but smoked tofu did. Our recipe is unchanged and it’s been served thousands of times. Your words amount to defamation.
