The smoked tofu in the carbonara is there, it's been there for 30 Years. It is crumbled, not diced, as anyone can understand: this way it blends better with the sauce. But now you find out it's actually breadcrumbs. No less. We invented vegan carbonara in the late 90s, when “vegan bacon” did not exist but smoked tofu did. Our recipe is unchanged and it’s been served thousands of times. Your words amount to defamation. The waitresses were very welcoming considering you changed FOUR tables because you had a problem at each one, and you were assisted in the process, by them and by the owner Daniela. And you use our page to advertise competitors... very lame and impolite. I hope they’re not involved.
