Multiple vegan options at beautiful setting overlooking the Mekong River - Edit
With a beautiful view sitting on top overlooking the Mekong River, this farm-to-table restaurant emphasizes healthy organic foods with a wide range of dishes that can be made vegan. Marking them different than many other such venues, they offer tempeh which can be added to any dish instead of the animal protein, rather than just tofu, which is more standard in Laos and across SE Asia. And they stay open later than most vegan-friendly restaurants, providing a great late night option.

They also have several vegan finger foods as appetizers - including spring rolls and a whole snack platter. They also offer kombuchas and fruit juices mixed with soda.
I had a rice dish with tempeh. It was great. See photo below
